It’s time to untangle those fairy lights and bring out the festive sparkle—because the City of Ipswich Christmas Lights Competition, proudly presented by Narellan Pools Ipswich, is back!

Show off your holiday spirit and help light up the city with joy and colour.

Cash and Prizes Up for Grabs!
By entering you could win a share in more than $8,000 worth of cash and amazing prizes. Plus, every entry goes into the draw to win the Lucky Entrant prize—just by taking part!

Best Residential presented by STRUD

Winner: $1,500 cash

Runner-Up: $1,000 cash

Best Business/Organisation presented by Events Cinemas Springfield

Winner: Private movie screening by Event Cinemas Springfield

Runner-Up: $500 in Event Cinemas Springfield gift vouchers

Best Street presented by Stockland

Winner: $500 in cash + ‘Best Street’ Council installed street sign

Runner-Up: $250 cash

People’s Choice presented by Aussie Ipswich

Winner: $1,500 gift card

Show support for your favourite Christmas lights display by voting in the People’s Choice presented by Aussie Ipswich online from 1– 9 December.

‘LISTING ONLY’ OPTION

If you’re skipping the competition this year but still want to spread some Christmas cheer, opt for the ‘Listing Only’ option!

Your lighting display will not be judged or eligible for prizes, but your address will be added to the official Christmas Lights Trail, so the community can still enjoy your sparkling display!

A link to the entry form will be available from 9.00 am Friday 31 October 2025 until 9.00 am Friday 28 November 2025.
