SPARK Ipswich 2023 – Opportunities for Artists

SPARK Ipswich 2023 – Opportunities for Artists

Ipswich City Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from local artists or artists with a connection to the Ipswich region. SPARK offers a myriad of opportunities for artists and artforms to be a part of the festival, see below for details and where to register your expression of interest.

Artists will be selected through an Expression of Interest process, overseen by a panel, who will select successful artists based on merit, connection with local region and availability.

All local artists including First Nations artists, artists from diverse cultures and artists with disability are encouraged to apply. Given the project’s partial alignment (the first four days of the festival) with the dates NAIDOC Week, applications from First Nation artists will be highly regarded.
