Departing exclusively from Swanbank Station,  combining a train, Heritage Bus Association bus and visit to Cooneana Heritage Centre, this nostalgic experience takes a journey through the historic Ipswich countryside.

Each group will complete a circuit consisting of a 20-minute bus trip, a 30-minute heritage train journey around the base of Castle Hill and a 40-minute visit to Cooneana Heritage Centre.

Bus first experiences depart Swanbank station at 9:30AM and Noon. Train first experiences depart Swanbank station at 10AM and 12:30PM.

At Cooneana Heritage Centre, travel back to the 19th century with the Ipswich Historical Society team. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits before entering the buildings and witnessing the Ipswich Historical Society Blacksmiths, spinners and weavers, vintage motorcycles, the Ipswich Genealogy Society and more.

A shuttle bus will be running every 15 minutes from Swanbank to Cooneana Heritage Centre to allow you to make the most out of your day.

If you are feeling peckish while you’re at the station, why not enjoy some food from Top Aussie Tucker, including pies, sandwiches and pancakes.

Please note: There is no shuttle bus service from the Fully Charged event to QPSR.
