    Savour mouth-watering smoked BBQ & grilled meats, and sides from top local vendors, as well as BBQ demonstrations by Brisbane’s award-winning meat smoking team, Undisputed BBQ.

    It’s not a steam soiree without fresh and delicious steamed bao with locally sourced ingredients and a unique blend of spices.
  • Craft Beer & Local Gin Bar
    Sip on local craft beer from Stony Creek Brewing and award-winning artisan gin by Imbibis Craft Distillery at our pop-up bar.
  • Rock ‘n’ Roll Revelry

  • Steam Train Trip BUY NOW

    Marvel at the expansive collection of historic motorcycles on display from eras gone by, presented by the Historic Motor Cycle Club of Queensland and local Ipswich Chapter.
