The Festival of Horsepower is back with a month-long program packed full of adrenaline and excitement in the City of Ipswich! The annual festival features a number of Australia’s signature racing and motorsport events, from the raw and adrenaline fuelled action of the Gulf Western Oil Winternationals, to the glitz and glamour of the TAB Ipswich Cup, to the speed of racing action at the Australian Superbike Championships and much more.

See the amazing flame-throwing ‘Top Fuel Funny Cars’ and all the thrilling non-stop racing action at the biggest drag racing event outside of North America!

SAT 6 JUNE | CRUISE THE NIGHT

The car scene is set to roar under the lights this June with the highly anticipated Cruise the Night – Asian Edition, a family-friendly track takeover celebrating Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) and Asian-inspired rides.

THURS 11 TO SUN 14 JUNE | ALL GT FESTIVAL

A weekend of non-spot motorsport madness at one of Australia’s most iconic circuits! Don’t miss the speed, sound and the adrenaline.

THURS 18 JUNE | TAB IPSWICH CUP CALCUTTA

Draw a TAB Ipswich Cup runner or be there to ‘buy’ the Cup winner at this year’s TAB Ipswich Cup Calcutta.

SUN 21 JUNE | WESTERN STAR FAMILY RACE DAY

There’s nothing quite like a family day out at the trots! Experience all the racing excitement up close and personal at one of the last remaining harness racing courses in Queensland.

FRI 26 TO SUN 28 JUNE | AUSTRALIAN SUPERBIKE CHAMPIONSHIP

The ASBK Australian Superbike Championship will bring something very special to Queensland Raceway in 2026, with the venue hosting the final round of the championship. All classes will crown their 2026 champions, making it a significant event on the national motorsport calendar.
