- Whilst dogs are allowed in the precinct we ask the owners to use their discretion given the busy nature of the event

The St Nicholas Precinct is located in the Nicholas Street Precinct, Ipswich, QLD 4305
GETTING HERE:
The precinct is a hop, skip and a jump away from all major transport terminals and road networks and is home to a dedicated undercover car park with over 1,000 spaces, up to 3-hours free on weekdays and free on weekends.
BY TRAIN OR BUS:
Take the train to Ipswich Station (on Bell Street, directly opposite Metro Ipswich Central) or jump on a bus to the Bell Street Interchange which is directly across from Nicholas Street.
TRAVELLING FROM FURTHER AWAY?
Nicholas Street is a short 40-minute drive from Brisbane or a 60-minute drive from the Gold Coast.
PARKING
Undercover parking is available in the Nicholas Street Precinct (0-3 hours free) accessible from Bremer Street, Ipswich. For directions use the following search:
- Google Maps: 1 Nicholas Street, Union Place
- Apple Maps: Union Place Mall
- In-Car Navigation: 6 Bremer Street, Ipswich (car park) or 1 Union Place, Ipswich (building)
- Take any lift from the carpark to Ground Floor (Tulmur Place).
Alternatively paid street parking is available in most areas of Ipswich Central.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Accessible parking is available to Disabled Permit holders, in on-street parking and in the undercover carpark of the precinct.

Sensory Friendly Night is Monday 14 December 6.00 – 9.00 pm
A special evening at the magical Christmas lighting installation, St Nicholas Precinct, for those seeking a gentler, sensory-friendly experience. With a quieter environment and dedicated low sensory tent, this evening allows more families to experience the joy of Christmas.
